  This is the 2nd time recently that I have ordered a buffalo chicken pizza with extra hot sauce and it comes with NO hot sauce. l do not see how this happens. Someone needs to slow down and check the orders before they go out the door. They offered me a credit on the last one. I just want them to get my order correct...

  Ordered a pizza with extra sauce, I received the pizza and started to eat it. The pizza was very dry and I pulled the cheese off the piece I started to eat and found no sauce at all, NONE. Called the store I purchased it from and was told since I had started to eat the pizza they could not replace it. I'm not in the habit of pull the cheese off new arrived pizza to determine if it was made as ordered. My total bill was $42.98, which included a Gluten free pizza that was very over cooked. I don't think it's asking much to get what I paid for. I will never buy another pizza from Domino's!

  While I have never had a negative experience with the pizza itself, delivery times, or anything like that, I have to say that the manager (Katie) that I had to deal with was beyond any person that I have every encountered. A coupon was not applied correctly and while trying to work out the issue, she was extremely rude. I started out trying to keep the issue civil as I understand each employee is not responsible for all others. I have over a decade in the food and beverage industry and plenty of management experience. For her "four years" at Dominoes, she was very unknowledgeable of her work environment. She was next to impossible to deal with, and this is coming from someone notorious for being calm! Unfortunately, everyone involved in the situation was left without for today. I definitely will not be dealing with her location again.
