  Service was incredibly slow and to add to that, they did not have any catchup to give me with my hamburger and fries. It is very difficult to understand a hamburger place without ketchup. It is Saturday and assuming that they wouldn't get a delivery today, they will be out of ketchup for Sunday and Monday because of Monday being a holiday. Totally unacceptable.

  Horrible service and I'd give zero stars if could. I waited in the drive through for 10 minutes before someone took the order of the guy in front of me - and this was only after the car behind me complained. I then waited another ten minutes from the time I paid until I got my food - but of course they had me pull forward so it wouldn't reflect on their time. At this point it was a matter of principle since I had waited so long already. There was no apology or explanation.. Total BS!!!!!! I will NEVER come here again and I will tell everyone how horrible this place is.
