  This is a beautiful location to hear beautiful music! I was surprised to find such a lovely venue in the middle of downtown Pensacola. The theatre is a bit small, but the acoustics are wonderful. Close proximity parking is not always easy to find, but if it isn't too cold out, a nice walk back to the car isn't bad at all.

  Went to see the 1-28-18 matinee of Madam Butterfly." It was a truly disturbing story, but extremely well performed.
  
  The theater itself is absolutely beautiful complete with box seats on the sides and a balcony. The stage is framed ornately, even the ceiling in front of the stage is ornate.
  
  I sat down in orchestra section. I was gifted tickets that were in the center of a row. I have an artificial leg, so moving to a center section is not the easiest thing for me. I asked an usher if I could have a different seat and she had me wait briefly while she got another usher. THe other usher was able to quickly find me an aisle seat make the experience even better for me. Great Customer Service!
