  I called tobspesk with management or personnel about an employee who works there who made sick hate racially motivated comments about a local 12 year old round murdered this week ..they transferred me twice then pressed some buttons and hung up so I've decided to take this matter to the newspapers facebook site.

  Hours: Open today · 9AM–9PM = N0 they were all gated and locked up tight today 2/16/2017 at 1:45 PM . the hurricane type doors were closed , everything locked down and everyone gone.
  i was told the pharmacist went to lunch " at this hour ? ' and everything had to be closed down........... fire them and hire new people

  I am absolutely disgusted with whom I spoke with over the phone. I was curious about a product I have seen all over Facebook called 'earwax candles' so I decided that I would give a ring to the pharmacy at Walmart. (Walmart usually has everything at a low cost, of course.) And also I chose the pharmacy because, well I thought that would be the proper department considering. A women named AMANDA answered the phone. I started by saying "I had a question and I don't know if you will be able to help me, but I am looking to see if you guys sell 'earwax candles' there.." she asked what? Now I do talk quite fast so I repeated my self. (Explaining how it works, based on what I've read and heard about) She very rudely states.." I have never ever heard of such things!" I told her they are all over Facebook and that my friend had just recently purchased them from there." She finishes with.." yeah ha, I've never heard of such a thing..what are looking for a caaannndle for your ear?..yeah hold on please and I'll check the isle!" I hear laughing and then a CLICK!" Seriously, how hard was it for you AMANDA to just transfer the phone call or even say call back at a later time. The sad part is you will probably still have a job and you will continually have an "I'm better than everyone attitude." I didn't appreciate being talked to as if I was a complete and utter moron. You work at a job were you should at least have good customer service skills if you don't know anything about your job. F.Y.I : Walmart does sell this product online and customers can pick it up 'site to store' (which is how my friend got them) I will post my experience on every review site I can find. I gave a 1 star because atleast this employee said her name so I could write this review personally with her name.
