  -Very flexible and lenient move in and out process. You won't get shafted on check out when you're getting inspected.
  -Quiet complex that's kept clean.
  -Staff were very respectful and friendly.
  -Apartments themselves are luxurious, especially in comparison to apartments in Pensacola in general.
  
  However...
  -They initially claimed to have on-site security surveillance. I got my motorcycle stolen, I learned quickly that was a bluff. They now have cameras, but it only faces the office and pool area. They don't benefit residents much at all. Bike theft has happened 2-3x from what I know of.
  -This is a given, but there's a lot of jet noise.
  -Big Problem: no cell signal. Even with WiFi calling. I think it has to do with the trees. But, you'll find it difficult to keep in contact with your professional contacts on call.
  -The gym is nothing remarkable. In fact, most of the equipment isn't even kept up or cleaned.
  -Conveniently closer to base, but very far from everything else. Be prepared to take 25-30 min just to go anywhere in Pensacola.

  Angel landing was a great place to live! It is a quiet place with great people. Management here was very helpful and took care of any issues I had promptly. The apartments have plenty of room and are clean. It's very close to the naval base and understands how the PCS process works. They also offer AT&T internet which is a huge step up from COX. Overall I recommend this place to live for any military folks or anybody for that matter!
