  Called Mike to set up an appointment. He said he could come by after he finished up another quote in Panama City. He gave a rough estimate of when he would come by. He has my work number, my cell number, my boyfriend’s cell number and my email. He waited until 8:30pm that night to send me and email that said
  “By the time I was coming through Mary Esther it was dark”. That was it. No reschedule or apology. Luckily I found Titan out of Gulf Breeze. These guys have been great and way more professional and they don’t stand you up regardless the size of the job.
