The location is not a far walk (.25mi -.5mi) from target, starbucks, publix and many other restaurants and stores. They are dog friendly and have a park. The pool is nice and there is a small cookout area. Parking is plenty and garages are available for extra cost. Washers and dryers are also available for extra cost. There is a laundry facility on site if you prefer that. The layout of the rooms are great and the enclosed decks are really nice. The location is quite and the building is built solid. I never heard my neighbors. Would recommend 100%
