At both Dollar General and Family Dollar, that person is also doing the huge job of stocking the store. I've seen the huge stacks of products waiting to be stocked. And because of such working conditions, there is constant turnover, often leaving the store with as few as 3 employees, including the manager. If you've seen a Dollar General truck, you know what an enormous challenge these employees face. And still, some of these employees remain courteous and welcoming, especially AMY, the assistant manager, and CORY, the manager.
