  Staff are very two faced. They act nice while you are a tenant, but are very unhelpful the second you put a notice in. Our rental was full of damages to begin with, but were in a rush to find a home. We never received any information on their expectations of an inspection except clean the inside and outside. They took our entire deposit over very pity things. We moved out early because we decided to buy instead of rent. The owner of the company told us she could drop the charges if we used her as our agent. We already had an agent so it appears very strongly we were targeted because they lost business. $2100 for early release, and a full security deposit on damages to the home that look like they have been there since the 80’s. This company will do anything for a dollar. They claim to be a small business and family oriented. They’re a small business because no one wants to rent through them. I’ve been in multiple rentals around the country and nothing compares to how awful they are.
