  These apartments are not what I thought it would be . For one when I moved in I was invaded with rats not mice . But big rats . They were so big that they were knocking over my dishes . I told them about it and it took me having to pay for pest control my self . Then they still took there time to come and close the whole where they were coming through . The carpet is also very dirty , and it smells . I told them about it and they tried to convince me that the carpet was new. Like I can not tell the difference . I had to rent shampooer to be able to stand the stanch in here . I can still see where the last tenets pet spots were , where they used it on the carpet . They are not concerned about keeping the place clean and safe , they only seem to be concerned with getting new tenets in and keeping the outside looking great . My advice is read the reviews . I wish I had . Cause this would have not been my choice . There is nothing worst then having rats in your kitchen .
