  Loved these place. It's like home away from home. Hot shower, pool, outdoor bbq areas and tennis courts. The bed is very comfortable. They also have a breakfast buffet and the coffee is good and hot.

  BE CAREFUL!
  
  The General Manager can cancel your reservation saying you live 30 miles away and just lie about how she notified you, just to justify her foolishness. This is what happened to me. I made the reservation two weeks in advance, and the general manager cancelled it saying I lived 30 miles away when I actually live 600 MILES AWAY! you can check it in Google maps, from Cape Coral, Fl to Pensacola, and she NEVER NEVER NEVER notified it to me. After 10 hour drive by myself with my 15yo, I arrived to the hotel to find at 10:30 p.m., exhausted after the long drive, ready for bed, the reservation was cancelled, using the worst excuse ever. Everything was sold out in the area due to several events in the city and I have to pay more money than I was supposed to do just because the GM decided it when she cancelled my reservation. The Front Desk lady spent around hour and a half to find a room in another hotel. She offered me her own money to paid for my stay there, that was not sufficient since she only had $72, and she paid for my stay the following night at this hotel, and the GM is saying the Hotel did, so I hope that poor girl, who received all my angry got her money back.
  
  My recommendation, BE CAREFUL! you can get a big surprise because the GM is a jerk.

  I reserved and paid for a room prior to arrival. I had a long day and did not arrive until almost 11pm along with my infant and 3 year old child. I was asked to provide a $250 CASH only deposit. I do not carry that much cash and I do not carry a debit card. I only carry two credit cards when I travel. At 11pm I was turned away because I was not able to pay a $250 cash deposit. I told the front desk they could use my credit card for this deposit which is the same thing I do at every hotel. I was told there are no exceptions and that I would not be allowed to check in. This hotel turned me away with 2 small children at 11pm at night when I had already booked and paid for a room days prior. I was aware of the $250 deposit when I booked, but did not find anywhere that that it would need to be CASH ONLY! I am appalled at this level of terrible customer service and that anyone would turn away a paying customer with 2 small kids at 11pm at night when a method of payment had been provided.
