  Been in our new home for a year now. Top notice builder quality, comparable to the higher end builders. Great lay out and design using high end features without the high end price. My wife and I are very happy.
  
  On a closing note, I am a mortgage loan officer and have seen some awful contracts populated by builders. Mitchell's contracts are clean, straight forward, and are not designed to screw over the buyer like many builders I have seen. They do not make you go to their high rate lender to get large incentives. (Which I think should be illegal).
