  Every meal (and I eat here a lot) has been GREAT. This is a locals place, not some big fancy overpriced chain restaurant. Yes, it's tiny. Deal with it. Yes, there's not a lot of parking. Deal with it. It's worth it, because the food is (did I mention this yet?) GREAT. They have a special sandwich each day. I like their pizzas. I like their pastas. I like their sandwiches. But my favorite is the three-salad plate - I order the chunky chicken, fruit, and tortellini pesto salads. There's enough for two meals, so I take half of it home to eat the next day. The gazpacho soup is another favorite of mine. The desserts look great as well, I simply never have room for a slice. The waitstaff are among the friendliest in Pensacola. In summary - great food, friendly waitstaff, reasonable prices.
  
  If you have food allergies, then yeah, don't eat here. They have a varied menu, and little space to prepare special needs plates. And for Pete's sake stop whining about the decor. It's called the New Yorker Deli. Duh.
