  I would NEVER recommend them to anyone. I scheduled my survey 3 weeks in advance from my closing date and they still didn't finish it in time. They said they would have everything completed in 2 weeks and they never even came by the house! They finally did the survey the day after closing and took another few days to draft it.
  I called them several times before closing to ensure they would complete the survey in time since I had already seen bad reviews of them not completely surveys in time, and they lied to me every time. Please use someone else and save yourself the stress and headache!
