  I work in the mall. I expected to spend consistent cash getting burgers for lunch. But, not anymore. I walked in the mall entrance door, and waited at the host stand to place a to-go order. 3 staff members walked by, some twice, and no one asked if I needed assistance. So, I went to the bar to place an order. While I was standing there, another patron sat down at the bar. Two bar-tenders were chit-chatting behind the bar and never acknowledged either one of us. After 4 or so minutes, I turned to the other patron and said "I guess I'll take my money elsewhere". I ordered a fabulous burger and fries at BJ's across the parking lot. I will also inform all I meet of this experience. I am sure I am not the first or last to be treated this way.
