  Today is 9Feb. I was in there to get my lottery tickets around 520pm. There was a young lady there named Leila that should have been working. Well she waited on a customer and as she saw me coming she hurried up and put up her sign that said position closed. The other cashier had 2 people in front of me. So I asked her (Breanna) if a manager was in and she said not until tomorrow between 6 and 1. So then Leila went outside to speak with a lady that could of been her mother. She came in as Breanna's line was now 5 people deep. I didn't get in her line because she already made me feel like she didn't want to wait on me. These kids need lessons in customer service because Leila has none. I'll bet if a boss was there she would have waited on me.
