- raymond laurentJun, 08 2018★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆If I could give less stars I would! I was refused service by the male receptionist for no logical reason. I asked to speak to a manager he said "ok" and went to get someone. He returned and said they would not see me and to go to the ER. My issue was not life threatening and could be treated at the Urgent care. I then went to the corporate office on the 8th floor of West Florida Medical Tower and was told that I needed the ER and not Urgent Care as well.....For a COLD!!!!
