  Peaceful, tranquility. Perfect spot to enjoy serenity. Great for those looking to get away from high rise complexes. Fishing pier on the riverside part of this complex and the beach on the beachfront part of this complex. Small condo complex of 21. Riverside condos are a stand alone unit with top and bottom condo only. The top condo has a loft. The beachfront part of the complex are single units with parking beneath.

  We just closed on B7 and this is our first weekend here as owners! The reason we love it here starts when you park under the house and walk right up the stairs and there's the awesome view of the gulf! There's a shaded seating area below for morning coffee and reading the favorite book. Spacious living room, lofted ceiling, 3 bedrooms, 2 baths. Molokai is a small property so the beach area is shared by so few families it's almost like your own private beach area. We fell in love with it when we first saw it! This is a beach HOUSE! NOT A CONDO! Compared to all the 3bedroom 2 bath condos where you are stacked on top of one another with tight parking, busy beaches, this place is a one of a kind find!
