  Beautiful place over looking the beach, nice clean condo, for a decent price, would recommend this place for a family

  The elevator stays broken down and theres only one for this building. We are on the eighth floor. Everytime we leave we have to take the stairs. Carrying up pool supplies, groceries, and kids eight flights, will kill you. They also are doing some construction on the building so the stair wells were covered in dust. A couple of is has gotten sick from sinus issues. We called several times and all they do is apologized. They did say someone would be out to fix it but it takes time and after he has left several times it breaks down again! When the elevator does work (a few times) the floor is almost rotted out on the backside (in photos).
  I read all these reviews and most are positive. However, most people here we talked to was NOT HAPPY EITHER.... we talk on our long walks in the stair well. Today is our last day after 8 days, considering they didn’t help us in anyway by trading out rooms for a lower floor or at least a discount on our stay WE WONT BE BACK!
  Positive things- we love the beach, this area, and the room was clean.
