  This was a horrible experience! The customer service was awful! We ordered from the nine mile via online and called at 10:30 to confirm the order and that it would be delivered by 11:15. The rep stated they never received the order and then complained about taking the order a second time so that they could go ahead and get started on pizza. The order did not arrive on time and rep stated our order has not left yet due to other orders even though we were one of the first orders. The multiple people I spoke with rude and acted as if I was hassling them to do there job. Very very unpleasant experience. Do not go to this Papa Johns!
