  Back in November, we switched pool service providers (to a former Pensacola Pools employee, who is awesome!). However, we had paid Pensacola Pools in advance for November and paid in advance for December too (forgot to take them off our banking auto pay). We reached out to Pensacola Pools to get a refund since they had not provided the services. Their accounting people acknowledged the error and told us we would receive a refund. We never did. We followed up and were told that the owner, Larry Robbins, had decided not to refund clients who decided to follow their former employee. We contacted him directly and told him that he had no lawful reason to withhold our refund. No response. We contacted him again, and told him that if we didn't hear back we would seek legal action. His response was "Looking forward to your challenge." This guy is a crook!! He is penalizing clients for no reason and should not be in business. DO NOT hire his company.
