  I have been working with Ruthie Johnson for about a month in the search for a home in the Pensacola area. We had homes narrowed down to five to look at on the first day. The first one we looked at was IT. I think we both were surprised. However she patiently - and even happily - agreed to stay with me for the rest of about five hours while we looked at the other homes on the list. We covered a wide territory. This was necessary because I am unfamiliar with Pensacola and needed what I found to be her terrific expertise with regard Pensacola and surrounding areas. She was a great and knowledgeable escort and I was impressed with Ruthie from the get-go.
  
  I now have a contract on the first home we looked at and plan to close in a month.
  
  Ruthie is a very hard worker. I still am stunned with how quickly she responds to texts, emails or phone calls. We have run into a glitch or two along the way – not unusual in real estate transactions of course – but she perseveres and works hard to find a solution. I am elderly and she has always shown respect and sensitivity in dealing with some of my health issues. That in itself has been wonderful.
  
  I highly recommend Ruthie to purchasers and sellers alike.
