  Do not ship anything from this store! If you MUST...pay for the insurance! My daughter shipped clothing to me and she packaged it at the store and it never was even received at the main facility in Pensacola. IT NEVER LEFT THE STORE! It somehow disappeared after she dropped it off but before the pick up. This store is offering to reimburse me $100 for the items, worth considerably more, and $36 for the shipping and box purchase. They requested I complete information and documentation about the cost of the items which took me hours to complete and one receipt alone was for a $90 sweater. BAD BUSINESS..SHADY EMPLOYEES!
  I was never shown any proof that the package left the store regardless of what the owner responded below. I repeatedly asked that they send me evidence but have yet to receive it. I also have not, as of this date 5/1, received the reimbursement I was told that would be coming.

  The clerk, I think his name was Samer, was extremely professional. When I think of this ups store's customer service I think humble, helpful, personable, friendly. I hope they know this clerk is an asset

  Have always had courteous and fast service here...even through the busy Christmas season. Thank you for being there for the community.
