  My wedding ring had a small ..burr (?) in it. It was not purchased locally so taking it back was not an option. Mom in-law said go to Warrington, she's been taking her stuff there for years. It's all the way across town. There is different shop very close to home so we stopped in, and were told I had to leave it for 2 weeks. It's been on my hand for only 5 days-no way I'm leaving it!! On to Warrington's we went. We were greeted with a good morning as we walked in, not by just one voice-but two! The ring went into the back for them to take a look. I liked that the others kept their focus on the customers they were already helping, even as I wandered around them looking at the displays. If I was that customer that is what I would want. Just a few short minutes later my ring came back out, the jeweler brought it out herself asking if it was better. It was smooth as can be! Thank you so much for doing it as we waited!! Above and beyond all the great things I could say I want to thank them for making me feel comfortable, as we walked in, and throughout the whole short visit. I'll be thanking them in person the next time I need jewelry!

  The employees are so helpful and allowed me to take as much time as I needed in selecting the right piece of jewelry. I worked with the public for 33 years, and I know good service when I see it. Thank you Warrington Jewelers!
