  Been living here for about a year while attending flight school. Location is ideal, 20 min from NAS Pcola via Scenic Hwy and 30 min to Whiting Fiels via I10. Near the mall, downtown, and a bunch of other plazas and various shops within a short drive. Of course that would be all for nothing if the place was a dump, but it's the exact opposite. Great scenery, room is cozy and easy to take care of. Maintenance is very timely and always leave a note when they come by just to let you know they were there. Staff is incredibly friendly and responsive (shoutout to Lisa and Joy always leaving small gift bags on the doors for holidays). I signed a lease renewal without hesitation. Hope this review helps anyone looking for a solid place on Pcola with fair pricing.
