  The staff throughout are amazing! We love Dr. Inclan and Dr. Weaver. Both have wonderful bedside manners. They communicate in a way that you understand exactly what is going on.

  The docs are great but the billing dept is aweful. I love Dr Walters, great dude great experience with him. However, I asked 5 different employees, the lady who schedules appoints, the lady who calls to confirm the appointment, the front desk lady, the check out person when you pay the co pay, even my doctor himself. Everyone told me my out of pocket cost would be $30.00 for a test i had to have done. I paid the $30.00 and a month later I got a bill for $150.00. I called to find out what the issue was and they told me to contact insurance. My insurance company explained that Woodlands would have to send a bill with the office visit and the test all on the same invoice and it would be the original quoted $30.00. After complaining to Woodlands about this their response was "This is how we bill it, and we do our best to give you the most accurate estimate of cost but we wont resend the bill".
