  Honestly she's terrible with communication. I went to her with high hopes of getting the Nexplanon and she gave me a run around about my insurance for a month in a half. I went out of my way to visit her office to talk to her because she never calls back, but I was told everything was cool and it was covered. I then made an appointment to get the Nexplanon and the day of the appointment they called and told me it's apparently not covered. Thank you for the lack of communication for the past month and a half, and the false hope.
